摘要
目的:探索安胃活血汤联合序贯疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者135例,分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者单独给予序贯疗法,观察组患者给予安胃活血汤,观察两组患者各项指标变化。结果:观察组患者的病理积分及症状评分均低于对照组;总有效率高于对照组;CEA、糖类抗原水平、TFF-3均低于对照组患者;胃泌素、游离酸及蛋白酶高于对照组。结论:安胃活血汤联合序贯疗法在慢性萎缩性胃炎上具有良好的临床疗效,并且能够防止癌前病变。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Anwei Huoxue decoction combined with sequential therapy in the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:135 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected and divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with sequential therapy alone.Patients in the observation group were given Anwei Huoxue decoction.Changes in the indexes of the two groups were observed.Results:The pathological scores and symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group.CEA,carbohydrate antigen levels,and TFF-3 were all lower than those of the control group;gastrin,free acid,and protease higher than the control group.Conclusion:Anwei Huoxue decoction combined with sequential therapy has good clinical curative effect on chronic atrophic gastritis and can prevent precancerous lesions.
