摘要
食品标签是消费者认知食品的信息载体,是保障消费者知情权的有效途径,也是食品安全监督检查的重要依据。在阐述铁路站车销售的预包装食品标签现状的基础上,从食品标签法规和标准体系、市场管理主体、监管安全风险等方面分析铁路站车食品标签监管中存在的主要问题,提出健全食品标签法规体系和监管制度、开展食品标签第三方检验或认证、强化食品经营单位内部查验、合理应用食品标签惩罚性制度、完善食品标签投诉举报舆情处置、开展食品标签领域科研工作等完善铁路站车食品标签监管工作的对策建议。
Food labeling is the information carrier for consumers to know food, an effective way to protect consumers' right to know, and an important basis for food safety supervision and inspection. On the basis of expounding the current situation of prepackaged foods labels sold by railway stations and trains, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the supervision of food labels on railway stations and trains from the aspects of food labeling laws and standards system, market management subjects, supervision safety risks, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supervision of food labels on railway stations and trains, such as perfecting the food labeling laws and regulations system and supervision system, carrying out the third-party inspection or certification of food labels, strengthening the internal inspection of food business units, rationally applying the punitive system of food labels, perfecting the public opinion disposal of food label complaints, carrying out scientific research in the field of food labels, etc.
