摘要
探讨了抗溶剂中的静电纺丝过程。纺丝母液为聚己内酯(PCL)/二氯甲烷(DCM)和PCL/DCM/乙醇溶液,抗溶剂为乙醇、水和不同体积比的乙醇/水溶液。分别采用扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪、X -射线衍射仪对纺丝过程制备的纤维样品进行形貌、热性能和结晶性能的表征。研究结果表明:通过抗溶剂的调节能够实现制备的样品纤维形貌的调控。制备的聚己内酯纤维的直径与表面粗糙度随着溶剂去除速率的增大而上升。当抗溶剂中的水含量增大到乙醇/水体积比为1/1时,发生了多根纤维的缠结而生成粗纤维。向PCL/DCM母液中添加乙醇会导致纤维样品出现分叉。抗溶剂中静电纺丝制备的样品与原料相比,结晶度无明显变化,熔点略微上升。
The electrospinning process in antisolvents was initially explored. The electrospinning mother liquor was a solution of polycaprolactone( PCL)/dichloromethane( DCM) and PCL/DCM/ethanol,and the anti-solvent was ethanol,water and ethanol/water solutions of different volume ratios. The morphology,thermal properties,and degree of crystallinity of the electrospinning product fibers were characterized by the SEM,DSC,and XRD tests,respectively. The results showed that the rate of solvent extraction/removal could be manipulated to control the morphology of PCL fibers. The larger solvent extraction/removal rate led to the product fiber with larger diameters and coarser surfaces. When the volumetric ratio of ethanol to water was increased to 1/1,the entanglements of PCL fibers took place to produce fibers with much larger diameters. The addition of ethanol into the mother solution of PCL/DCM would result in formation of branching in the PCL fibers. The PCL crystallinity did not show significant changes from the electrospinning in anti-solvents,while the melting point of the product fibers from the electrospinning in anti-solvent demonstrated slight increase.
