摘要
目的:探讨如何设立实用的免疫组化质控对照,使免疫组化检测操作更简便、结果更稳定。方法:收集慢性阑尾炎、急性单纯性阑尾炎、急性化脓性阑尾炎和急性坏疽性阑尾炎四种不同类型的阑尾组织,应用免疫组化技术对四种阑尾组织进行上百种抗体的染色,比较它们之间抗体染色阳性种类的差异,筛选出最佳的免疫组化质控对照组织类型。结果:急性单纯性阑尾炎、急性化脓性阑尾炎和急性坏疽性阑尾炎组织仅部分抗体染色阳性,而慢性阑尾炎组织中104种抗体染色均呈阳性。结论:慢性阑尾炎组织可表达多种抗原,适合作为常用抗体染色质控对照的优选组织类型,方法操作简便,结果稳定可靠。
Objective: To explore how to establish a practical immunohistochemical quality control control, so as to make the operation of immunohistochemical detection easier and the results more stable. Methods: Collecting chronic appendicitis, acute simple appendicitis, acute purulent appendicitis and acute gangrenous appendicitis, four different types of appendix used immunohistochemical technology for hundreds of four kinds of appendix organization antibody staining, antibody staining positive kinds of difference between them is compared,select the best type of immunohistochemical quality control organization. Results: Only partial antibody staining was positive for acute simple appendicitis, acute suppurative appendicitis and acute gangrene appendicitis, while 104 antibody staining was positive for chronic appendicitis. Conclusion: Chronic appendicitis tissue can express many kinds of antigens, and it is suitable to be used as the optimal tissue type for the commonly used antibody staining control.
