乙醇/水中麦秆盐酸预处理及同步糖化发酵研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高麦秆转化为乙醇的效率,通过正交试验对麦秆在乙醇/水中的盐酸预处理条件和乙醇/水中盐酸预处理的麦秆同步糖化发酵条件进行了优化.结果表明:乙醇/水中麦秆盐酸预处理影响的主次顺序为盐酸质量分数、时间、温度、乙醇体积分数和底物质量浓度.乙醇/水中麦秆的最佳盐酸预处理条件为温度120℃、盐酸质量分数8%、时间60min、底物质量浓度2.5g/L和乙醇体积分数40%,此时总还原糖浓度为469.18mg/g.乙醇/水中盐酸对麦秆的预处理效果比水中的要好.乙醇/水中盐酸预处理的麦秆同步糖化发酵影响的主次顺序为酵母接种量、酶浓度、时间和温度.乙醇/水中盐酸预处理的麦秆最佳同步糖化发酵条件为温度33℃、酵母接种量0.3%、酶质量浓度0.8g/L和发酵时间4d,此时乙醇的质量浓度为22.38g/L.乙醇/水中盐酸预处理的麦秆同步糖化发酵制乙醇的效果比水中的要好. In order to increase the efficiency of converting wheat straw into ethanol,the conditions of hydrochloric acid(HCl) pretreatment of wheat straw in ethanol/water and simultaneous saccharification and fermentation(SSF) of wheat straw pretreated by HCl in ethanol/water were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the primary and secondary that effected HCl pretreatment of wheat straw in ethanol/water were HCl concentration,time,temperature,ethanol volume percent and substrate mass concentration.The optimal HCl pretreatment conditions of wheat straw in ethanol/water were temperature of 120 ℃,HCl concentration of 8%,time of 60 min,substrate mass concentration of 2.5 g/L and ethanol volume percent of 40%.The total reducing sugar concentration was 469.18 mg/g at the optimal pretreatment conditions.The effect of HCl pretreatment of wheat straw in ethanol/water solvent was better than that in water.The primary and secondary that effected the SSF of wheat straw pretreated by HCl in ethanol/water was yeast inoculation,enzyme concentration,time and temperature.The optimal SSF conditions of wheat straw pretreated by HCl in ethanol/water were temperature of 33 ℃,yeast inoculation of 0.3%,enzyme concentration of 0.8 g/L and fermentation time of 4 d.The ethanol concentration was 22.38 g/L at the optimal SSF conditions.The effect of SSF of wheat straw pretreated by HCl in ethanol/water solvent to ethanol is better than that of water.
