重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合复方维生素B12治疗鼻咽癌Ⅱ级及以上急性放射性皮炎效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(贝复济)联合复方维生素B12(贯新克)治疗鼻咽癌Ⅱ级及以上急性放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法选择该院2017年7月至2018年7月放疗过程中发生Ⅱ级急性放射性皮炎的鼻咽癌患者181例,采用随机数字法分为对照组(90例)和观察组(91例)。对照组单独使用贯新克喷涂于放射性皮炎处,观察组使用贝复济和贯新克交替对放射性皮炎处进行喷涂。观察2组患者皮肤损伤程度及愈合时间。结果观察组Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级放射性皮炎发生率分别为13.2%、76.9%、9.9%,对照组为11.1%、65.6%、23.3%,观察组Ⅳ级放射性皮炎发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组放射性皮肤损伤愈合时间为(27±5)d,显著短于对照组的(30±6)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝复济联合贯新克治疗鼻咽癌Ⅱ级及以上急性放射性皮炎临床效果显著,能够降低Ⅳ级放射性皮炎发生率,缩短创面愈合时间。 ObjectiveTo study the clinical effects of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(Bfgf-Torita)combined with compound vitamin B 12(Compound)in the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis of gradeⅡand above.MethodsA total of 181 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who developed gradeⅡacute radiation dermatitis during the course of radiotherapy from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected.Randomized numerical methods were divided into control group(90 cases)and observation group(91 cases).The control group was sprayed on the radioactive dermatitis alone with Compound..The observation group sprayed the radioactive dermatitis with Bfgf-Torita and Compound.The degree of skin damage and healing time of the two groups were observed.ResultsThe incidence of radiation dermatitis in groupⅡ,Ⅲ,andⅣwere 13.2%,76.9%,and 9.9%,and those in the control group were 11.1%,65.6%,and 23.3%.The incidence of gradeⅣradiation dermatitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of radioactive skin injury in the observation group was(27±5)d,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group′s(30±6)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionBfgf-Torita combined with Compound has significant clinical effects in the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis of gradeⅡand above.It can reduce the incidence of gradeⅣradiation dermatitis and shorten the healing time of wounds.It is worthy of further clinical application.
