水体DAMS暴露对异育银鲫肝胰脏和鳃的氧化胁迫及组织学影响 被引量:1

摘要 探究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐(DAMS)对异育银鲫(Carassiusauratusgibelio)肝胰脏和鳃组织的氧化胁迫和组织学的影响.异育银鲫在水体不同浓度的DAMS中暴露28d后,测定肝胰脏和鳃组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性以及观察肝胰脏和鳃组织的组织学切片.结果表明,DAMS对异育银鲫的96h半致死浓度LC50为19.83mg·L-1;在亚急性暴露实验中,随着毒物浓度升高,异育银鲫肝胰脏和鳃组织的GSH-PX和SOD活性均表现出显著的抑制(P<0.05),肝胰脏中MDA含量随暴露浓度的升高先上升后下降;高浓度暴露组鳃组织中MDA含量与对照组无显著差异,高浓度暴露组实验鱼的肝细胞出现明显的空泡化,鳃组织出现鳃上皮脱落等不同程度的损伤.结果暗示水体中的DAMS暴露对异育银鲫具有一定的氧化胁迫毒性. The oxidative stress and histological effects of anionic surfactants dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid monoisopropylamine salt (DAMS) on the liver-pancreas and gills in Carassius auratus gibelio were explored.After treatment 28 d with different concentrations waterborne DMAS exposure to Carassius auratus gibelio ,the malondialdehyde (MDA) content,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) activity,and histological changes of liver-pancreas and gill tissues were measured.The results showed that the 96 h LC 50 of DAMS for Carassius auratus gibelio was 19.83 mg ·L -1 .In the subacute exposure experiment,the GSH-PX and SOD activity in liver-pancreas and gill tissue of Carassius auratus gibelio showed significant inhibition ( P <0.05) with increasing of the exposure concentration.The MDA content in liver-pancreas of Carassius auratus gibelio first increases and then decreases with the increasing of the exposure concentration.The MDA content in the gill of Carassius auratus gibelio in the high concentration exposure group has no significant change compared with the control group.The histological results showed that the hepatocytes in the exposed groups show obvious vacuolation and the gill epithelium is detached.All results indicated that the exposure of waterborne DAMS has certain oxidative stress toxicity to Carassius auratus gibelio .
