摘要 多矿井、多工作面开采导致的建筑物开采损害鉴定问题涉及因素多、条件复杂,相关责任很难界定,已成为困扰多方的难题。文中以开采损害鉴定对象的类型、结构、采动破坏特征为基础着重分析了现有的鉴定方法以及当中存在的问题。结合工程实例,运用概率积分法、边界角法、入户调查法相互结合的手段对开采沉陷影响范围及各方责任进行了综合判定,并确定最终责任判定依据:采动影响范围内的损坏房屋为单方面开采影响的,谁开采谁负责,重叠区域依据由概率积分法确定的各矿在该区域的等值线数值来按权重比例承担责任。判定方法得到了各方认可,并取得了较好的效果,为多矿井、多工作面开采造成的建筑物开采损害鉴定问题提供借鉴和参考。 There were many factors involved in the mining damage appraisal, the conditions were complex, and the related responsibilities were difficult to define. Based on the structure of mining damage identification object and the law of mining failure, in this paper, the existing identification methods and the existing problems were analyzed. Combining with the engineering example, the influence scope of mining subsidence and the responsibilities of all parties were comprehensively determined by the method of probability integration, boundary angle method and household survey method, and the basis for final responsibility determination was determined. Damaged houses within the scope of mining are affected by unilateral mining were responsible by the miner, responsibility was bore according to the weights of the contour value of each mine in this area calculated by the probability integral method. The method of determination had been recognized by all parties and the good results were obtained providing the reference and reference for mining damage identification caused by mining in multi-mines and multi-working faces.
