摘要
目的:探讨甲基强的松龙冲击联合99Tc-亚甲基二磷酸盐治疗中重度Graves眼病患者的应用价值。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年12月笔者所在医院Graves眼病患者82例,按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=41)与对照组(n=41)。对照组采取甲基强的松龙冲击治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取99Tc-亚甲基二磷酸盐治疗。统计两组治疗前及疗程结束后眼球突出度及疾病活动度评分(CAS)、临床疗效。结果:疗程结束后两组眼球突出度较治疗前减小,CAS评分较治疗前降低,且研究组眼球突出度小于对照组,CAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(92.68%)高于对照组(75.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取甲基强的松龙联合99Tc-亚甲基二磷酸盐治疗Graves眼病,可有效缓解疾病活动度,改善眼球突出度,利于提升疾病整体治疗效果。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of Methylprednisolone combined with 99T-methylene Diphosphonate in the treatment of moderate and severe Graves ophthalmopathy.Method:A total of 82 patients with Graves ophthalmopathy in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the study group(n=41) and the control group(n=41).The control group was treated with Methylprednisolone shock therapy,and the study group was treated with 99T-methylene Diphosphonate based on the control group.The exophthalmos,disease activity score(CAS) before and after treatment and the clinical effects in the two groups were counted.Result:After the treatment,the exophthalmos of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,the CAS score were lower than before treatment,and the exophthalmos of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the CAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(92.68%) was higher than 75.61% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methylprednisolone combined with 99T-methylene Diphosphonate in the treatment of Graves ophthalmopathy can effectively alleviate the disease activity,improve exophthalmos,and promote the overall treatment effect of the disease.
