摘要
扩张型心肌病(DCM)是一种病因尚不明确、病理机制复杂且预后欠佳的一类复杂的心肌疾病,以单侧或双侧心腔扩大,伴或不伴充血性心力衰竭为特征,临床常表现为心律失常,血栓栓塞甚至猝死。现代医学在治疗上仍缺乏有效的方法。文章论述了现代中医在对DCM疾病认识的独特见解及治疗该病的研究进展,为现代中医治理该病提供参考。
Dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)is a kind of complex cardiomyopathy with unclear etiology,complicated pathological mechanism and poor prognosis.It is characterized by unilateral or bilateral enlargement of cardiac chambers,accompanied or without congestive heart failure.Its clinical manifestations are arrhythmia,thromboembolism and even sudden death.Modern medicine still lacks effective methods in the treatment of the disease.In this paper,the unique insights of modern Chinese medicine on DCM were discussed and the research progress of its treatment was reviewed,which provides a reference for the treatment of DCMin modern Chinese medicine.
