芥菜TCP转录因子家族全基因组鉴定及表达分析 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】对芥菜基因组中TCP转录因子家族基因成员进行鉴定和序列分析,并分析TCP家族基因在茎发育时期的表达水平,为研究芥菜TCP基因功能和茎膨大机理提供基因源和理论依据。【方法】从芸薹属基因组数据库下载芥菜基因组数据,结合转录组数据,对芥菜TCP转录因子家族成员进行鉴定,并利用生物信息学方法对该家族成员进行理化性质、亚细胞定位、系统发育关系、基因结构、染色体定位及茎不同发育时期基因表达谱等方面的分析。【结果】芥菜TCP家族共有53个成员;系统进化树分析可分为两个大的亚组;TCP基因大都位于细胞核上,但理化性质差异很大;大部分基因没有内含子,基因结构保守性较高;在染色体上分布不均;表达模式分析显示TCP家族基因可能在芥菜茎膨大中起重要作用。【结论】鉴定了53个芥菜TCP家族基因成员,并发现PCF亚组成员在芥菜茎发育时期特异性表达,可能在芥菜茎的生长发育过程中起重要作用,该研究为芥菜及其他植物中TCP家族的鉴定和功能研究提供了理论基础。 【Objective】The objective of this study was identifie and characterize the TCP transcription factors in whole-genomeand to explore the expression patterns of TCP genes in the stem development stage of mustard based on the Brassica juncea genome data.This study also aimed to provide the gene source and theoretical basis for exploring the function of TCP genes and the mechanism of stem development.【Method】The TCP family memberswere screened and identified in the B.juncea genome,which was downloaded from the Brassica database website.The physicochemical properties,subcellular localization,phylogenetic relationship,gene structure,chromosomal localization and expression level in stem development periods were analyzed using the bioinformatics method.【Result】In this study,53 TCP gene members were identified and divided into two subgroups based on phylogenetic tree analysis.Most of the TCP genes were located in the nucleus,but the physicochemical properties were very different.Most of the genes had no intron and the structure of the genes was highly conserved.Chromosome localization revealed that TCP genes were unevenly distributed on chromosomes.The expression analysis showed that TCP family may play an important role in stem development.【Conclusion】A total of 53 TCP family genes were identified in B.juncea.The expression pattern indicated that the members of PCF subgroup might play key roles in stem development of tuber mustard,which provide theoretical foundation for investigating the function of TCP family in B.juncea and other plants.
