摘要
气囊抛光技术作为一种先进的抛光技术,在高精度光学元件加工领域具有一定的发展潜力。基于气囊抛光技术,设计了一种圆柱形气囊抛光头,阐述了机械结构的组成,介绍了抛光运动方式,并进行了材料去除理论模型的分析。利用圆柱形气囊抛光头对K9光学玻璃进行了抛光实验,研究结果表明利用该技术可以加工出高质量的光学元件表面。
As an advanced polishing technology, the bonnet polishing has a certain development potential in the field of high-precision optical components processing. Based on the bonnet polishing technology, it designs a cylindrical bonnet polishing tool, presents its mechanical structure, illustrates the polishing motion mode of cylindrical bonnet polishing, and analyzes the theoretical model of material removal. Based on this cylindrical bonnet polishing tool, it carries out experiments on K9 optical glass. The results show that this polishing technology can achieve high precision surface of optical components.
