半导体激光辅助比塔派克斯糊剂在牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究半导体激光辅助比塔派克斯糊剂在牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中的应用效果。方法在2015年4月-2018年7月间抽取176例牙周牙髓联合病变患者进行研究,患者应用了不同的治疗方法,有88例患者采用比塔派克斯糊剂治疗,为对照组;有88例患者采用半导体激光治疗辅助比塔派克斯糊剂治疗,为观察组。观察患者的牙周探诊深度、临床附着水平、改良出血指数及根尖周指数。结果观察组患者牙周探诊深度、临床附着水平治疗6个月分别为(3.12±0.12)mm、(0.65±0.12)mm,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.443,15.983,P=0.009,0.016);观察组患者的改良出血指数在治疗后都明显下降,和治疗前相比有显著差异,并且观察组患者要低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的根尖周指数在治疗后都明显下降,在治疗前无显著差异,但观察组治疗后的下降程度要大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.982、13.442,P=0.004、0.017<0.05)。结论由此可知,对牙周牙髓联合病变患者采用半导体激光治疗辅助比塔派克斯糊剂治疗可以明显改善患者的症状,改善患者的咀嚼功能,减少牙体松动,因此在临床上应该推广这种治疗方法。 Objective To study the application effect of semiconductor laser-assisted bitapex paste in the treatment of periodontal pulp combined lesion. Methods A total of 176 patients with periodontal pulp combined lesion who admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to July 2018 were selected. The patients in the observation group received the treatment of semiconductor laser-assisted bitapex paste, while the patients in the control group received the treatment of bitapex paste. Periodontal probing depth, clinical attachment level, modified bleeding index and apical index of the two groups were observed. Results After 6 months treatment, the depth of periodontal probing and the clinical attachment level of the observation group were(3.12±0.12)mm and(0.65±0.12)mm, which were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.443, 15.983, P=0.009, 0.016). The modified bleeding index of the observation group decreased significantly after treatment, which was significantly different from that before the treatment, and was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the periapical index of the patient decreased significantly. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups. But the degree of decline in the observation group after treatment was greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=18.982, 13.442,P=0.004, 0.017<0.05). Conclusion From this we can know that the use of semiconductor laser therapy in the treatment of patients with periodontal pulp combined lesion can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms, improve the patient’s chewing function and reduce tooth loosening, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
