摘要
目的:分析CT室存在的安全因素以及防范措施的采取.方法:将2017年3月至2018年9月期间在我院进行CT检查的150例患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各75例.在对照组中采取常规的CT室护理方法,观察组在采取常规护理方法的同时进行CT室安全教育和相关预防措施的教育.对比两组患者的不良反应发生的状况和患者的满意度.结果:由数据分析,得出结果,不论是在患者的不良反应发生的状况还是对护理的满意度方面观察组均优于对照组,二者之间具有较大差异,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在进行检查前的护理中对患者采取CT室安全教育和相关的防范对策可以有效减少患者的不良反应提高患者的满意度,值得在CT检查室护理中运用推广.
Objective: To analyze the safety factors and preventive measures in GT room. Methods: 150 patients with CT in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and 75 of each group were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the control group, the routine nursing method of CT room was adopted, and the observation group conducted the education of the safety education and related preventive measures of the CT chamber while taking the routine nursing method. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared with the patient's satisfaction. Results: The results were obtained from the data analysis, whether in the patient5s adverse reactions. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: taking CT room safety education and related preventive measures in the nursing before examination can eflectively reduce the adverse reactions of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worth popularizing in the nursing of CT examination room.
