摘要
目的:为提升保健食品补骨胶囊的质量标准,采用不同前处理方法对钙含量测定影响进行对比分析研究,确定最佳的补骨胶囊钙含量测定前处理方法。方法:样品采用微波消解法、湿法消解、干法灰化三种前处理方法,以火焰原子吸收光谱法对处理后的样品进行钙含量测定,对三种方法处理后测得的结果进行对比研究,比较不同前处理方法对钙含量测定结果的精密度、重复性,选取最佳补骨胶囊样品前处理方法。结果:火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钙在0~6.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.0289x-0.00005,r=1;微波消解处理补骨胶囊样品的重复性较湿法消解、干法灰化的好;微波消解加样回收率限度在95%~102%之间,平均回收率为99%(RSD为2.27%,n=6)。结论:采用微波消解作为样品前处理方法,测定补骨胶囊钙含量结果相对稳定,表明其方法稳定可行,可有效控制补骨胶囊的质量。
Objective In order to improve the quality standard of health food Bugu capsules,theeffects of different pretreatment methods on the determination of calcium content were compared and studied,and the best pretreatment method for the determination of calcium content in Bugu capsules was determined.Method The samples were treated by microwave digestion、wet digestion and dry ashing.The calcium content of the treated samples was determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry,and the results of the three methods were compared.The precision and reproducibility of different pretreatment methods for the determination of calcium content were compared,and the best pretreatment method of Bugu capsule samples was selected.Result The good linear range of calcium determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was 0~0.6 mɡ/L,the regression equation was y=0.029x+0.0002,r=0.9999;The reproducibility of microwave digestion was better than that of wet digestion and dry ashing;The recovery limit of microwave digestion was between 95%~102%,and the average recovery was 99%(RSD is 2.27%,n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducibility,high sensitivity,stable and feasible.It is suitable for the determination of naringin in Bugu capsules and can better control the quality of its drugs.
