组织文化氛围、心理资本与组织归属感关系的实证研究 被引量:2

Empirical Research on Correlation among Organizational Culture Atmosphere,Psychological Capital and Organizational Commitment

摘要 文章以472个企业员工为被试样本,运用相关分析、偏相关分析、回归分析及路径分析等统计方法考察了组织文化氛围、心理资本与组织归属感等变量之间关系。结果发现:(1)组织文化氛围、心理资本和组织归属感在受教育程度和工作岗位层面存在显著差异;心理资本、组织归属感存在显著的性别和工龄差异;(2)组织文化氛围与心理资本及组织归属感存在显著相关性和因果性;(3)组织文化氛围与心理资本相互作用,共同影响组织归属感,且组织文化氛围对组织归属感影响程度大。 In this paper, 472 enterprises staff who come from the enterprises are taken as samples to study the correlations among organizational culture atmosphere, psychological capital and organizational commitment by those statistics methods such as descriptive statistic, correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. The results are:(1)there are significant differences among different educated level, different position on the organizational culture atmosphere, psychological capital and organizational commitment;(2)there is a significant correlation between organizational culture atmosphere and psychological capital;(3)the mutual interaction between organizational culture atmosphere and psychological capital affect organizational commitment, and the organizational culture atmosphere makes a higher influence on organizational commitment.
