摘要
辐照技术用于植物新品种培育,具有使用方便、育种周期短、诱变率高等诸多优势。近年来,辐照诱变已在农作物和一些园艺植物,如小麦、莲子、向日葵、蔬菜等新品种的选育中得到了应用,取得了显著的效果。该文综述了辐照诱变技术在植物新品种培育中的应用及成效,为该技术的进一步应用提供参考。
Irradiation technology has many advantages in the cultivation of new plant varieties,such as simplicity,short breeding cycle and high mutation rate.In recent years,radiation mutagenesis had been utilized in cultivation of new crops and Horticultural plants,and had achieved remarkable effects,such as wheat,lotus,sunflower and vegeta.bles.The utilization and effects of irradiation technology in new plant varieties cultivation were introduced in the arti.cle,and provide reference for the application of this technology in the cultivation of other crop varieties.
