摘要
为实现在炸药干燥工序的数字化测量和优化控制,设计一种微量水分在线自动取样和检测装置。采用UG_NX10.0开展在线自动检测装置的设计和加工,使用FluidSIM进行气动系统模拟设计和动作过程验证,通过OriginPro对近红外水分检测数据进行分析和函数拟合,使用SIMATICWinCC和STEP7完成控制方案及流程界面的组态和操作,最终实现数字化智能检测。应用结果表明:该装置实现了微量水分在线检测,以及危险区域的人机隔离和安全生产。
In order to realize the digital measurement and optimal control in the process of explosive drying,an on-line automatic sampling and detection device for trace moisture is designed.UG_NX 10.0 is used to design and process the on-line automatic detection device.FluidSIM is used to simulate the design of the pneumatic system and verify the action process.OriginPro is used to analyze and function fit the near infrared moisture detection data.SIMATIC WinCC and STEP 7 are used to complete the configuration and operation of the control scheme and process interface.Finally,digital intelligent detection is realized.The application results show that the device realizes on-line detection of trace moisture,man-machine isolation and safe production in dangerous areas.
