摘要
目的探讨雷珠单抗联合曲安奈德治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果观察和护理对策。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月我院收治的100例糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受雷珠单抗治疗,观察组接受雷珠单抗联合曲安奈德治疗,并实施护理,比较两组患者的黄斑水肿疗效、眼压和黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)。结果观察组患者的黄斑水肿疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眼压和CMT优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷珠单抗联合曲安奈德治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿相比雷珠单抗单一治疗效果显著,能有效减轻黄斑水肿,改善患者眼压和CMT,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect observation and nursing strategy of ranibizumab combined with triamcinolone acetonide on treatment of patents with diabetic macular edema.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with diabetic macular edema admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received treatment with ranibizumab.The treatment of benizumab combined with triamcinolone acetonide and nursing was performed in the observation group.Comparing the curative effects of diabetic macular edema, intraocular pressure and centre macular thickness(CMT) in the two groups.Results The curative effects of macular edema in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure and CMT in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ranibizumab combined with triamcinolone acetonide adopted in the treatment of diabetic macular edema had remarkable therapeutic effect compared with single treatment with ranibizumab, which could effectively reduce macular edema and improve intraocular pressure and CMT,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
