摘要
为促进住院医师规范化培训(住培)的实践与改革,提高住院医师的临床能力及指导老师的教学水平,中南大学湘雅二医院在神经内科开展以住院医师为主体,以临床问题为中心的临床小讲课。指导老师以神经科专业住培培养目标为依托,结合住院医师在临床上遇到的问题指导不同年级的住院医师选题,并根据住院医师不同的基础水平,个性化指导住院医师设计文案、查阅文献、制作及展示课件。临床小讲课充分调动了住院医师的学习主观能动性,使其理论知识与临床实践不断碰撞与结合,临床能力不断提高。临床小讲课也加强了指导老师的临床和教学能力。以住院医师为主体的临床小讲课是完善住院医师的临床理论知识体系,提高临床思维能力的重要环节。
In order to promote the practice and reforms of standardized residency training,improve the clinical abilities of residents and the teaching levels,the department of neurology of the Second Xiangya Hospital has carried out clinical lectures given by the residents and orientated on clinical problems.Based on the training goals of neurology residency training,the instructor guided residents of different grades to select topics in combination with the clinical problems encountered by residents in clinical practice.According to the different levels of residents,personalized guidance was given to residents in designing plans,consulting literature,making and displaying courseware.Clinical lectures fully mobilized the residents' subjective initiative in learning,constantly collided and combined their theoretical knowledge and clinical practice,and finally continuously improved the clinical ability of residents.At the same time, the clinical lectures also strengthened the clinical and teaching abilities of the guidance teachers.Therefore,clinical lectures given by residents are an important link to improve the theoretical knowledge systems of residents and their clinical thinking abilities,which is worth popularizing.
