摘要 为优化激光照排印刷机设备的操作性和整体形象,提出了一种基于INPD和TRIZ的设计方法,以INPD为研究主线,在方法识别机会阶段,根据SET因素分析现有设备存在的问题,并通过对用户群的需求、喜好和消费能力的分析了解,发现设备在操作舒适性与造型上的设计机会,继而应用TRIZ理论工具,得到问题的有效解,将对应的发明原理演绎与具体化,进而验证了产品方案与目标用户需求的一致性,得到了更优的造型设计方案,并对同类型装备的改良设计提供一定的参考。 In order to optimize the operation and overall image of the laser phototypeSETting press equipment,a design method based on integrated new product development(INPD)and theory of the solution of inventive problems(TRIZ)was proposed.The INPD was the main research line.In the method identification opportunity stage,the existing equipment problems were analyzed according to the SET factors.Through the analysis of the requirements,preferences and spending power of user group,the design opportunities of the equipment in terms of operational comfort and styling was founded,and then applied the TRIZ theory tool to get an effective solution to the problem and deduct and embody the corresponding invention principles.Furthermore,the consistency between the product plan and the target user s demand was verified,and a better design plan was obtained.A certain reference was provided for the improved design of the same type of equipments.
