摘要
通过分析福建乡村发展现状、产业基础与存在问题,提出了在乡村振兴战略背景下实现福建乡村产业兴旺的发展总体思路,发展高质量现代农业、农村产业融合、农村非农产业、新型生产经营主体、新型经济利益共同体、产业融合平台等六大策略,以及提出规划引领、组织建设、项目支撑、要素保障等政策建议,以期加快构建和完善福建乡村产业新体系,促进乡村产业转型升级,培育乡村发展新动能,推进福建农业农村现代化进程。
By analyzing the development status,industrial foundation and existing problems of rural areas in Fujian Province,the general idea of achieving rural industry prosperity in Fujian under the background of rural revitalization strategy was put forward,namely the six strategies of developing high-quality modern agriculture,rural industry integration,rural non-agricultural industry,new main bodies of production and operation,new community of shared economic interests,and industrial integration platform.And the policy suggestions were also put forward including planning guidance,organizational construction,project support and factor guarantee,so as to accelerate the construction and improvement of the new system of rural industries in Fujian,promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industries,foster new drivers for rural development and promote the process of agricultural and rural modernization in Fujian.
