摘要
石油储罐的罐底是最容易受到腐蚀损伤的部位。根据相控超声检测原理结合储罐底板缺陷检测的有限元仿真方法,运用MATLAB和C#语言的混合编程进行储罐底板缺陷检测的仿真实验方法研究。基于该方法进行软件设计,包括换能器设置、缺陷设置、成像设置和图像保存4大部分,可以实现换能器指向性分析、声压场分析、缺陷的A/B/S扫成像、回波信号查看和声波传播过程查看等功能。仿真实验研究表明,此软件可以准确识别出缺陷的形状和位置,可为现场的实际检测生产提供模拟仿真的测试平台。
The bottom of oil tank is the most vulnerable part to corrosion damage. According to the principle of ultrasonic phased array testing and the finite element simulation method of tank floor defect detection, the simulation experiment method of tank floor defect detection was developed by using the mixed programming of MATLAB and C# software design based on this method includes transducer settings, defect settings, imaging settings and image preservation. It can realize several functions, such as transducer directivity analysis, sound pressure field analysis, defect A/B/S scan imaging, echo signal viewing and sound wave propagation process viewing. The simulation experiments show that the software can accurately identify the shape and location of the defects, and provide a simulation test platform for the actual detection production in the field, which has certain value and significance.
