摘要
当前建筑业正处于转型升级和变革发展的关键时期。从技术装备率视角,探析福建省建筑业技术装备率长期偏低原因,并分析建筑业从业人员结构。分析表明,福建省建筑业从业人员数量大是其技术装备率偏低的重要原因,且反映福建省建筑业人才质量的指标落后于全国水平,制约了福建省建筑业转型升级。在此基础上,提出了改革福建省建筑工程技术人才培养机制的建议。
The construction industry is now in a critical period of transformation, upgrading, change and development.From the perspective of technical equipment rate, the reasons why technical equipment rate is low for long in Fujian province are analyzed, the employees structure of is also explored.The results show that the important reason for low technical equipment rate is that the number of construction employees is too large in Fujian province.The values of indexes reflecting the quality of construction talent are lower than the nation's average, which restricts transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Fujian province.On the basis of the results, the proposals are put forward to reform cultivation mechanism of engineering and technical personnel in construction industry of Fujian province.
