摘要
试验旨在探究罗布麻饲料对滩羊肠道菌群的影响。将12只滩羊随机分为4组(A、B、C、D),每组3只,分别饲喂不同比例的罗布麻饲料,60天后取新鲜粪便样本,通过Illumina高通量测序技术测定肠道菌群结构及组成。结果表明:共检测到12个菌门,50个菌科,150个菌属。厚壁菌门(Firmicutes),拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes),疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)为优势菌;C组OTU最多;且肠道菌群丰富度和多样性均高于其他组;罗布麻饲料促进肠道菌群在多种能量代谢途径中发挥更大的功能。10%的罗布麻饲料提高了滩羊肠道菌群的相对丰度,促进有益菌增殖,为滩羊养殖及饲料开发提供了参考。
To explore the influence of different proportions of Apocynum venetum on the structure and function of the gut microbiota of the Tan sheep and screen out the optimum proportion,12 Tan sheep in fattening period were randomly divided into group A (control group),group B,C and D,3 sheep in eachgroup.They were fed different proportions of A.venetum pellet respectively.After 60 days of continuous feeding,fresh stool samples were taken from every Tan sheep to sequence the structure and composition gut microbiota by illumina high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that 12 phyla,50 families and 150 genera were detected.Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Verrucomicrobia were the dominant phyla;and the Ruminococcaceae,Rikenellaceae,Lachnospiraceae,Prevotellaceae were the dominant families;Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group,Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005,Bacteroides,[Eubacterium]_coprostanoligenes_group were the dominant genera.In group C,OTU (1004.67±23.51)was significantly increased,and the value of F/B was decreased,the number of Ruminococcaceae was increased,and the Rikenellaceae was decreased.The ACE index and Chao1 index of fecal samples in group C were the highest,and the abundance and diversity of bacteria were higher than that of other groups,and the individual microflora was similar.The gut microbiota of group C played a larger role in the metabolic pathways of biological exogenous substance degradation and metabolism,lipid metabolism,amino acid metabolism,terpenoids and polyketone compounds.The study showed that the addition of 10 percent of the pellet feed increased the relative abundance of the gut microbiota of the Tan-sheep,promoteed the proliferation of beneficial bacteria,and improveed the richness and stability of gut microbiota.
