摘要 压力容器在压力、温度和介质的共同作用下会发生损伤,损伤的发展和积累将会引发设备失效和安全事故,基于损伤模式的识别,有助于在用压力容器的检测和评估,对可能出现的失效进行预判,及时发现在用压力容器的新生缺陷,在其发生失效前及时进行修复或报废,从而防止灾难性事故的发生。基于此,对钢铁冶金企业在用压力容器的主要损伤模式进行了识别,提出了检验重点和具有针对性的检测方法,最大程度实现压力容器在没有失效的情况下完成对缺陷的有效检测,大幅提高检验效率,保障压力容器在线安全运行。 Pressure vessel will be damaged under the combined action of pressure,temperature and medium.The development and accumulation of damage will lead to equipment failure and safety accident.Based on the identification of damage mode,it is helpful to the detection and evaluation of pressure vessel in use,the prediction of possible failure,the timely discovery of new defects in pressure vessel in use,and the timely repair or Scrap before failure occurs.Abandoned to prevent catastrophic accidents.Based on this,this paper identifies the main damage modes of pressure vessels used in iron and steel metallurgical enterprises,puts forward the key points of inspection and targeted detection methods,realizes the effective detection of defects without damage to the greatest extent,and provides reference and basis for periodic inspection of pressure vessels in use.
