摘要
频率特性作为衡量动态性能的重要指标,是伺服机构动态测试的重要内容。针对传统的正弦相关分析法测试速度慢、测试效率低的问题,从激励信号和数据处理算法2个方面对多谐差相信号测试法进行了改进。以某型导弹的伺服机构为测试对象,分别在无噪声和有噪声的条件下使用传统的正弦相关分析法和改进的多谐差相信号测试法进行仿真。仿真结果表明,改进的多谐差相信号测试法测试效率高,能够在保证测试精度的基础上实现频率特性的快速测试。
As an important index to measure dynamic performance,frequency characteristic is an important content of servo mechanism test.Aiming at the problem of slow speed and low efficiency of traditional sinusoidal correlation analysis method,the schroeder phased harmonic signal (SPHS) test method is improved from two aspects of excitation signal and data processing algorithm.Taking the servo mechanism of a certain missile as the test object,the traditional sinusoidal correlation analysis method and the improved schroeder phased harmonic signal test method are used for simulation under noiseless and noisy conditions respectively.The simulation results show that the improved schroeder phased harmonic signal test method has high test efficiency and can realize fast frequency characteristic test on the basis of ensuring the test accuracy.
