摘要
目的分析研讨个性化护理干预对哮喘患者治疗依从性的影响。方法随机从我院2016年1月-2018年9月期间收治的哮喘患者中抽取80例进行讨论,依据其护理方式分组,其中40例接受常规护理(对照组),另40例接受个性化护理干预(研究组),观察比较护理效果,如治疗依从性等。结果研究组疾病认知达标率95%、遵医嘱服药率92.50%、掌握药物吸入方法率95%、门诊复诊率92.50%均高于对照组60%、57.50%、57.50%、55%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较生活质量,护理前组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,研究组评分高于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将个性化护理干预应用于哮喘患者中,可明显促进改善其治疗态度,并提升生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of asthma patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to September 18,2016 were randomly selected for discussion.According to their nursing methods,40 patients received routine care(control group)and 40 patients received personalization.Nursing intervention(study group),observe and compare the effects of care,such as treatment compliance.Results The disease cognition compliance rate of the study group was 95%,the compliance rate was 92.50%,the drug inhalation method rate was 95%,and the outpatient follow-up rate was 92.50%,which was higher than the control group 60%,57.50%,57.50%,55%.The data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the quality of life,there was no statistically significant difference between the pre-treatment groups(P>0.05).After the nursing,the study group score was higher than the control group,and the data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying personalized nursing interventions to asthma patients can significantly improve their treatment attitudes and improve their quality of life.
