Preparation and Characterization of Foaming Microspheres for Core Materials

摘要 通过悬浮聚合,根据偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)在油水混合液中会首先分散在油相中的特点,使用单体共聚包覆固体得到固体芯材发泡微球.通过使用扫描电镜、显微熔点仪、激光粒度分析仪以及热重分析仪对固体发泡微球的形貌、发泡过程以及发泡后的性质作了表征.结果表明固体发泡微球为粒径20~50μm的球形粉末,使用温度为180~200℃,发泡倍率为20倍,发泡后的微球冷却后不漏气,不变形. The foaming microspheres were obtained using monomer-coated AC through suspension polymerization. SEM, PO, LPSA and TGA were used to characterize the morphology, expansion process and properties after foaming of the solid foam microspheres. The results showed that the solid foam microspheres are spherical powder with particle size of 20~50 microns, a foaming temperature range of 180~200℃ and a volume expansion of 20, and also that the foam microspheres after foaming have no leakage and deformation after cooling.
