摘要
目的:比较驻守不同海拔高度汽车兵的图片回忆差异,为客观评价高原汽车兵的认知功能状态提供依据。方法:选取高海拔(2900 m)汽车兵196名、中海拔(2200 m)汽车兵190名、低海拔(100 m以下)汽车兵192名(平原对照组),采用韦氏记忆测验表(WMS)图片回忆分量表、自动思维问卷(ATQ)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)、职业倦怠量表(MBI)、疲劳量表-14 (FS-14)进行测量。结果:高海拔组、中海拔组的图片回忆量表分均低于平原对照组(均P <0.01),高海拔组的图片回忆量表分低于中海拔组(P <0.05)。回归分析结果表明,高海拔组的SDS得分、FS-14的躯体疲劳得分与图片回忆量表分负向关联(β=-0.17、-0.18)。结论:海拔高度对汽车兵图片记忆可能有不利影响,抑郁情绪和躯体疲劳程度与图片记忆能力相关。
Objective: To compare the differences in the picture memory of automobile soldiers at different altitude and to provide a basis for objective evaluation of cognitive function status in automobile soldiers stationed at plateau.Methods: Totally 196 automobile soldiers at high altitude(2900 m) and 190 automobile soldiers at moderate altitude(2200 m) were selected.Meanwhile,192 automobile soldiers at low altitude(below 100 m) were seleced as control group.They were assessed with the Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS),Automated Thinking Questionnaire(ATQ),Self-reported Depression Scale(SDS),Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI),and Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14).Results: In the scores of picture recall scale were lower in the high altitude group and moderate altitude group than in the control group(Ps < 0.01),and the scores were lower in the high altitude group than in the moderate altitude group(P < 0.05).The regression analysis showed that the SDS score and the physical fatigue score of the FS-14 were negatively correlated with the scores of picture recall scale in the high altitude group(β=-0.17,-0.18).Conclusion: It suggests that the altitude may have an adverse effect on picture memory in automobile soldiers.Depression and physical fatigue may be related to picture memory ability.
