摘要
山东—河北特高压环网建成导致华北电网网架结构变化较大,运行风险突出,亟需对系统安全稳定控制措施进行研究。基于网架结构特点提出了交直流系统安控分析流程。重点研究了特高压交流系统三永N.2故障下的两类主要电网稳定问题及相应控制措施,包括特高压交直流系统广域耦合问题和多馈入直流与受端电网耦合的电压崩溃问题。在此基础上提出了减小切负荷量的优化措施。结果表明所提安控措施可有效支撑特高压环网工程建设后电网稳定运行。
The construction of Shandong --Hebei UHV loop network will lead to great changes in the grid structure of North China Power Grid and the operation risk is outstanding, it is urgent to study the system safety and stability control measures. The safety and stability control analysis process of UHV AC/DC system is proposed based on the characteristics of grid structure. Two types of major power grid stability problems and corresponding control measures under N-2 faults of UHV AC system are mainly studied, including the wide-area coupling problem of UHV AC-DC system and the voltage collapse problem of multi-infeed DC coupled with receiving power grid. On this basis, the optimization measures to reduce load shedding are put forward. The results show that the proposed safety control measures can effectively support the stable operation of the power grid after the construction of the UHV loop network.
