碳纳米管对SBS改性沥青流变性能的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 碳纳米管(CNTs)直接机械共混分散在苯乙烯—丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青中,极易发生团聚,选择合适的添加方式是改善SBS改性沥青流变性能的关键。文章采用超声共混法,通过动态剪切流变试验、真空减压毛细管法、弯曲梁流变试验及拉曼光谱试验,分析CNTs对SBS改性沥青流变性能及组分间相互的影响。结果表明:随着CNTs掺量增加,SBS改性沥青动力黏度增加,累计应变减小,劲度模量略有降低,但m值增大,说明以超声共混法添加CNTs对SBS改性沥青高低温性能的改善是有利的;SBS改性沥青中添加CNTs,可提高其疲劳寿命;随着CNTs掺量增加,CNTs与SBS、沥青组分间的相互作用越强,SBS改性沥青的流变性能越好。 Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)are directly mechanically blended and dispersed in SBS modified asphalt,which is prone to agglomeration.Therefore,it is more and more important to find a more suitable addition method.In this paper,the effects of CNTs on the rheological properties and inter-components of SBS modified asphalt were analyzed by ultrasonic blending method,dynamic shear rheological test,vacuum decompression capillary method,curved beam rheological test and Raman spectroscopy.The results show that with the increase of CNTs content,the dynamic viscosity of SBS modified asphalt increases,the cumulative strain decreases,the stiffness modulus decreases slightly,but the m value increases,which indicates that the addition of CNTs by ultrasonic blending is modified by SBS.The improvement of high and low temperature performance of asphalt is beneficial;the addition of CNTs to SBS modified asphalt can improve its fatigue life;as the amount of CNTs increases,With the increase of CNTs content,the stronger the interaction between CNTs,SBS and asphalt components,the better the rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt.
