摘要
以时间开放、设备开放、空间开放的医学生物化学实验室为依托,在医学生物化学实验教学中开设设计性实验,从学生兴趣点出发,提出“为什么有人喝酒会脸红”的问题,引出设计性实验课题。文章就课程设置、实验选题、课程具体实施过程以及教学效果进行了详细阐述,并分析实施过程中存在问题,提出相应解决对策。旨在通过开放式实验教学改革提高学生自主学习和科研创新能力,实现对科研的早期接触,为更多开放式实验教学课程开设提供借鉴。
Based on the open laboratory of medical biochemistry, the designexperiment was offered in medical biochemistry experiment course. In order to interest the studentsin the course, the question “why do some people’s faces turn red after drinking alcohol?” was raised to elicit the topic of design experiment. This paper expounds thesetup of the course, the selection of the design topic, the implementation and the effect of experiment teaching. It also analyzes the problems in the teaching process and ways to solve them.Additionally, it is urgent to carry out the reform of open experiment teaching so as to improve students’ abilities of autonomous learning and scientific research innovation, and then to participate in the scientific researchearly.
