摘要
当前,高职护理综合实训教学存在的问题主要表现为:护理综合实训内容设置不合理,护理综合实训形式较单一,护理综合实训效果欠佳。为改进这些不足,九江职业大学创造性的采用模块化教学方案:合理设置综合实训模块,做好模块化教学准备工作,优化模块化教学实施流程,改进考评并提高教师素质。实际应用表明,模块化教学有利于提高学生护理综合实训成绩,增强高职学生护理综合技能,提升高职学生对护理工作岗位的适应性。
At present, the problems existing in the comprehensive training of vocational nursing are mainly as follows: the comprehensive training content of nursing is unreasonable, the comprehensive training form of nursing is relatively simple, and the comprehensive training effect of nursing is not good. In order to improve these deficiencies, Jiujiang Vocational University creatively adopts a modular teaching plan: rationally set up comprehensive training modules, do a good job in modular teaching preparation, optimize modular teaching implementation process, improve evaluation and improve teachers' quality. The practical application shows that modular teaching is conducive to improving the comprehensive training results of student nursing, enhancing the comprehensive nursing skills of higher vocational students, and improving the adaptability of higher vocational students to nursing jobs.
