摘要
目的:了解乳腺癌术后患者健康坚韧性水平、应对方式和社会支持的现状,并分析健康坚韧性与应对方式和社会支持的相关性,以期为制定提升健康坚韧性水平的干预措施提供理论依据。方法:采用描述性研究设计,非随机方便抽样的方法,选取195例乳腺癌术后患者用健康坚韧性问卷(RHll-24)、应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行问卷调查,使用SPSS17.0软件包进行数据的统计分析。结果:乳腺癌术后患者健康坚韧性总分为(84.79±11.27)分;积极应对方式(2.09±0.56)分;消极应对方式(1.53±0.46)分;社会支持总分为(40.07±8.58)分。积极应对与健康坚韧性各维度及总分呈正相关(P<0.05);消极应对与健康价值观、内源性健康控制观及健康坚韧性总分呈负相关。社会支持总分及主观支持和对支持的利用度与健康坚韧性各维度及总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者健康坚韧性处于中等偏上水平;且患者采取积极应对方式越多以及所获得的社会支持越多,其健康坚韧性水平就越高。鼓励患者采用积极应对方式,重视评估患者的社会支持需求并采取针对性护理措施,有效地提高患者健康坚韧性水平。
Objective:To understand the status of health tenacity level, coping style and social support in patients with breast cancer after surgery, and to analyze the correlation among the three, so as to provide theoretical basis for formulating intervention measures to improve health tenacity.Methods:This study adopted descriptive correlation research design and non-random convenient sampling method. A total of 195 breast cancer patients were investigated by health tenacity questionnaire(Rhll-24), coping style questionnaire(SCSQ) and social support rating scale(SSRS). SPSS17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of data.Results:The total score of health tenacity was 84.79±11.27;the score of positive coping style was 2.09±0.56;the score of negative coping style was 1.53 ±0.46;the total social support score was 40.07 ±8.58.The correlation between positive coping and health tenacity was statistically significant(P<0.05).Negative coping was negatively correlated with health values, endogenous health control concept and health tenacity score. The correlation between the total score of social support, subjective support and the utilization degree of support and the total score of health tenacity was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health tenacity of patients with breast cancer in this group was above the medium level. They tended to adopt positive coping styles and had higher social support. The more positive coping styles patients adopted and the more social support they received, the higher their level of health tenacity was.Therefore, in the future clinical nursing work, patients should be encouraged to adopt positive coping methods, attach importance to evaluating the social support needs of patients and take targeted nursing measures, so as to effectively improve the health tenacity of patients.
