摘要
[目的/意义]人工智能技术的快速发展和广泛应用对知识管理产生了深远影响,研究者已经承认了知识管理与人工智能的"近亲"关系。[方法/过程]在梳理现有知识管理和人工智能关系文献的基础上,从技术、组织和战略三个维度分析了人工智能对知识管理的影响。[结果/结论]构建了人工智能环境下知识管理模式三维框架,将知识管理划分为知识跨界协同、系统匹配优化和创新绩效激励三种模式,并提出了相应的知识管理策略。
[Purpose/significance] The rapid development and wide application of Artificial Intelligence technology have a profound impact on Knowledge Management,and researchers have recognized the close relationship between Knowledge Management and Artificial Intelligence.[Method/process] This paper analyzes the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Knowledge Management from three dimensions of technology,organization and strategy on the basis of reviewing the existing literature on the relationship between Knowledge Management and Artificial Intelligence.[Result/conclusion] A three-dimensional framework of Knowledge Management Mode under the Artificial Intelligence environment is constructed,and Knowledge Management is divided into three modes:knowledge cross-border collaboration,system matching optimization and innovation performance upgrading,and corresponding Knowledge Management strategies are proposed.
