摘要
以深圳茅洲河流域(宝安片区)水环境综合治理项目为例,从项目施工、施工布置和施工环境3个方面,分析了城市水体综合治理工程施工期存在的主要风险,并有针对性地提出了8条对应措施.分析结果表明:项目施工存在中毒窒息、透水等10项主要风险;施工布置存在火灾、爆炸等7项主要风险;施工环境存在社会突发事件、台风等7项主要风险.
Taking for example the comprehensive water environment control project of Maozhou river basin(Bao’an district) in Shenzhen,the main risks during construction period for comprehensive urban water body control project are analyzed in terms of three aspects including project construction,construction layout and construction environment,and eight corresponding measures are put forward. The analysis results show that,there are ten major risks existing in the project construction,such as poisoning choke and percolation etc. There are seven major risks existing in the construction layout,such as fire and explosion etc. and there are nine major risks existing in construction environment,such as social emergencies and typhoon etc.
