摘要
通风是保证掘进工作面安全、顺利开展工作的基础.以12205综掘工作面为工程背景,采用ANSYS数值模拟软件,对压入式以及长压短抽式两种通风方式除尘效果进行模拟分析,并具体确定了两种通风方式的最优通风参数.通过模拟研究,对促进矿井掘进工作面通风工作开展,提高掘进通风效果,具有一定的指导意义.
Ventilation is the basis to ensure the safe and smooth operation of tunneling faces. Taking 12205 fully-mechanized excavation face as the engineering background, ANSYS numerical simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the dust removal effect of two ventilation modes, i.e. press-in ventilation mode and long press-in ventilation mode and short suction ventilation mode, and the optimal ventilation parameters of the two ventilation modes are specifically determined. Through the simulation research, it has certain guiding significance to promote the ventilation work of mine heading face and improve the ventilation effect.
