摘要
贯穿新中国70年历史的一条红线,就是新现代性发展道路的出场逻辑。在新现代性革命道路成功实现中国人民“站起来”的历史目标之后,作为这一道路的伟大继续,新现代性的发展道路递进实现了人民重托的“富起来”和“强起来”的目标,因而是新现代性的中国道路的完成。新现代性发展道路既要超越资本经典现代性发展逻辑,也要超越苏联经典社会主义现代性的发展道路,需要把马克思主义进一步中国化、时代化、大众化,因而表现为中国特色社会主义现代性道路。这一道路是共产党领导人民在经济、政治、社会、文化和生态等各个领域奋力实践、全面开拓的综合结果,是在世界复杂现代性语境中对后发国家走向现代化道路之问的中国解答,更是引领新全球化时代人类新文明发展的中国方案。对新现代性发展道路深层意蕴的哲学表达,呼唤着唯物史观的中国逻辑。
A red thread that runs through the 70-year history of New China is the appearance logic of new modernity of development path. After the new modern revolutionary road has successfully realized the historical goal of Chinese people "standing up", the development path of new modernity has also progressively realized the goal of "getting rich" and "becoming stronger" as continuation of this road, which marks the completion of the new modern Chinese road. The development path of new modernity must transcend the logic of capital classical modernity and the classical socialist modernity of the Soviet Union. It is necessary to modernize and popularize Marxism in China, showing the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This road is the joint effort of the Party and the state leading Chinese people to practice and comprehensively develop in the fields of economy, politics, society, culture and ecology. It is the Chinese road to the development of modernity of the late-generation nation in the context of complex modernity in the world, and also the Chinese program that leads the development of new civilization in the era of globalization. The philosophical expression of the deep meaning of the development path of new modernity calls for the Chinese logic of historical materialism.
