摘要
科研诚信是科技创新的基石。通过对科研诚信科学内涵的辨析,回顾了我国学术界对于科研诚信治理的经验与成绩,比较了美、英、韩、澳等国科研治理的不同层次探索,提出了“政府型治理体系”、“非政府型治理体系”、“多学科治理体系”与“学术立法治理体系”四种模式,结合我国国情提出了科研诚信治理的国际经验借鉴。
Scientific research integrity is the cornerstone of scientific and technological innovation.Based on research integrity of the scientific connotations,academic circles in our country are reviewed the experience and achievement of the governance of research integrity,comparison of the United States,Britain,South Korea and Australia scientific research to explore different levels of governance,put forward four models--"governmental governance system","non-governmental governance system","multidisciplinary governance system"and"academic legislation governance system",combining the situation of our country puts forward the research integrity management of international experience for reference in our country.
