摘要
目的探究综合性护理干预对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者术后恢复及护理满意度的影响。方法于2015年2月-2018年7月期间,我院收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中,选取其中的80例作为研究对象,随机分为两组-常规组和综合组,每组各40例。常规组实施常规护理干预,综合组采用综合性护理干预,比较两组的术后恢复情况和护理满意度。结果常规组听力障碍轻度、中度、重度和极重度占比分别为12.5%、27.5%、37.5%、22.5%,综合组听力障碍轻度、中度、重度和极重度占比分别为32.5%、50.0%、12.5%、5.0%,综合组轻度和中度占比,重度和极重度占比与常规组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组的护理总满意度为80.0%,综合组的护理总满意度为95.0%,综合组与常规组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预应用在慢性化脓性中耳炎的护理中,可以促进患者听力恢复,提升患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods From February 2015 to July 2018,80 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media treated in our hospital were selected as study objects,and randomly divided into two groups,namely the conventional group and the comprehensive group,with 40 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was performed in the conventional group,and comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the comprehensive group to compare the postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The routine group of hearing impairment of mild,moderate,severe and very severe accounted respectively for 12.5%,27.5%,37.5%,22.5%,maintaining hearing impairment of mild,moderate,severe and very severe accounted respectively for 32.5%,50.0%,12.5%,5.0%,maintaining mild and severe than is significantly higher than normal group,severe and extreme proportion significantly lower than normal group,difference has statistical significance(P <0.05);The general nursing satisfaction of the conventional group was 80.0%,and that of the comprehensive group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the care of chronic suppurative otitis media can promote hearing recovery and improve patients′ satisfaction.
