ZIF-8的制备及其对染料的吸附和可见光降解 被引量:7

摘要 以2-甲基咪唑和六水合硝酸锌为原料,采用溶剂法制备了沸石咪醴骨架材料ZIF-8。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等方法对合成的ZIF-8进行性能分析。研究了 ZIF-8对活性黑KN-B、活性红3BS、活性艳蓝KN-R染料的吸附降解效果。结果表明,ZIF-8对活性黑KN-B吸附和降解效果最好,活性红3BS次之,活性艳蓝KN-R最差。ZIF-8经过3次重复使用后,对活性黑KN-B的降解率为90.94%,对活性红3BS的降解率为72.57%,对活性艳蓝KN-R的降解率为41.79%。 Zeolite imidazolate framework material (ZIF-8) is prepared by solve nt method with 2-methyl imidazole and zinc nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials. The properties of ZIF-8 are analyzed by X-ray dif fraction (XRD), thermo gravimetric analysis (TG) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT- IR). The adsorption and degradation of Reactive Black KN-B, Reactive Red 3BS and Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R dyes by ZIF-8 are studied. The results show that ZIF-8 has the best adsorption and degradation ef fect on Reactive Black KN-B, followed by Reactive Red 3BS and Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R. After three reuses of ZIF-& the degradation rates of Reactive Black KN-B, Reactive Red 3BS and Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R are 90.94%, 72.57% and 41.79%, respectively.
