摘要
目的分析在糖尿病足患者治疗中应用负压引流技术(VSD)的临床疗效以及对患者足部创面外观的修复效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月70例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,根据数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合应用负压封闭引流技术治疗。对比两组的临床疗效和患足外观的修复效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(97.14%,34/35)显著高于同期对照组(85.71%,30/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者患足外观的修复优良率(97.14%,34/35)显著高于对照组(71.43%,25/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者治疗中通过应用负压封闭引流技术治疗可取得满意效果,有助于促进患者创面愈合并提高足部创面外观的修复效果,具有治疗效果优和美观性好等优势。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of negative pressure drainage(VSD) on diabetic foot patients and the effect of repairing the appearance of foot wounds. Methods Seventy patients with diabetic foot from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the objects of study. According to the method of digital table, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine treatment. On the basis of this treatment, the patients in observation group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage technique. The clinical effects and repairing effects of foot appearance between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.14%,34/35) was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.71%,30/35), the difference was significant(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of foot appearance repair in observation group(97.14%,34/35) was significantly higher than that in control group(71.43%,25/35), the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The treatment of diabetic foot patients can obtain satisfactory results through the application of negative pressure closed drainage technology, which is helpful to promote the healing effect of the patient’s wound and improve the appearance of the foot wound, and has the advantages of excellent therapeutic effect and good aesthetics.
