摘要
从财务管理内部控制出发,总结MIS-POS在医院出入院结算的实施现状,研究POS余款退回、逆结算的难点问题并提出解决方案,形成完整的MIS-POS闭环管理。在规范财务内控管理的基础上,为医院推行出入院的护士站结算、自助结算、线上结算等多元化结算提供参考。
Starting from the internal control of financial management,this paper summarizes the implementation status of MIS-POS in hospital settlement of discharge and admission,studies the problems of POS repayment and reverse settlement,and proposes solutions to form a complete MIS-POS closed-loop management. On the basis of standardizing financial internal control management,it provides reference for hospitals to implement diversified settlements such as nurse station settlement,self-checkout,and online settlement.
