摘要
介绍了我国可再生能源的开发目标和策略,分析了可再生能源利用技术、电力消纳及供热情况,针对工程建设中存在可再生能源容量缺口大、项目落地难、资源利用率低、电网接入和消纳能力有限、政策影响因素较大等问题,提出了统筹各类可再生能源协调发展,增加可再生能源在能源生产和消费中的比重,推动可再生能源分布式应用,加速对化石能源的替代,推动能源体系向清洁低碳模式转变。
This paper introduces the development objectives and strategies of renewable energy in China, and analyses the utilization technology of renewable energy, power consumption and heat supply. In view of the problems existing in the construction of projects with large capacity gap of renewable energy, such as difficulties in landing, low utilization rate of resources, limited power grid access and absorption capacity, and large policy influencing factors, it is proposed to coordinate the development of various renewable energies, increase the proportion of renewable energy in energy production and consumption, accelerate the distributed application of renewable energy, accelerate the replacement of fossil energy, and accelerate the transformation of energy system to a clean low-carbon model.
