摘要
目的了解上海市宝山区户籍居民脑卒中死亡情况,为开展脑卒中防治提供建议。方法依据2016年宝山区户籍居民死亡监测系统,采用国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)对脑卒中死亡个案进行编码,计算粗死亡率、标化死亡率、构成比、早死亡概率、潜在寿命损失年等指标。率的比较采用卡方检验。结果2016年上海市宝山区脑卒中粗死亡率与标化死亡率分别为159.18/10^5与64.12/10^5,男性(160.94/10^5)与女性(157.36/10^5)的脑卒中死亡率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性脑出血的死亡率(41.43/10^5)高于女性(30.66/10^5),且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2016年脑卒中早死亡概率为1.50%,脑卒中平均潜在寿命损失年为1.51人年。结论上海市宝山区脑卒中粗死亡率较高,男性居民是重点人群,应加强45岁以上居民脑卒中的综合防治。
Objective To investigate the mortality of stroke in Baoshan District of shanghai and to provide suggestions for the prevention and control of stroke. Methods Death cases in 2016 collected from Death Monitoring System of Baoshan District were sorted by international classification of disease (ICD-10). The indicators such as mortality age-specific standardization mortality, proportion, probability of premature death, potential years of life loss were calculated. Chi-square test was used to compare the rates. Results The crude morality and age-specific standardized mortality of stroke were 159.18/10^5 and 64.12/10^5 respectively in Baoshan District, 2016. There was no significant difference in stroke mortality between males (160.94/10^5) and females (157.36/10^5)(P>0.05). The mortality of cerebral hemorrhage in males (41.43/10^5) was higher than that in females (30.66/10^5), with statistical significance (P<0.05). The probability of premature death of stroke was 1.50% and the average years of life loss (AYLL) was 1.51 person years. Conclusion The mortality of stroke is high in Baoshan. The male are vulnerable population, and comprehensive prevention and control should be taken in the residents over 45 years old.
