消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹40例 被引量:3

Xiaoyin Granules and Narrow-spectrum Ultraviolet Radiation B in the Treatment for 40 Cases of Gibert′s Disease

摘要 目的:观察消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法:将80例玫瑰糖疹患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组、对照组,每组40例,对照组行窄谱中波照射,观察组在对照组基础上口服消银颗粒,比较2组临床症状改善时间及炎症相关因子水平变化情况,统计2组临床疗效。结果:观察组新疹停止长出时间、止痒时间及皮疹消退时间均早于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组痊愈率为82.5%,总有效率为97.5%;对照组痊愈率为25.0%,总有效率为77.5%。2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹,可显著改善患者临床症状,减轻机体炎症反应,提高临床疗效。 Objective: To survey clinical effects of Xiaoyin granules and narrow-spectrum ultraviolet radiation B(UVB) in the treatment for Gibert′s disease(GD). Methods: Eighty patients were separated into the observation group and the control group according to the visiting order, 40 cases each group, the control group accepted the radiation of UVB, the observation group took Xiaoyin granules based on the therapy the control group accepted, to compare the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the changes of inflammation related factors, and count clinical effects between both groups. Results: The observation group was earlier than the control group in the time of new rash stopping growing, the time of relieving itching and the time of rash disappearing, and the difference could be found(P<0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group in the levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and hs-CRP,and the difference could be found(P<0.05). Cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 82.5%and 97.5%, higher than 25.0% and 77.5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoyin granules in the treatment for GD could apparently improve clinical symptoms of the patients, relieve inflammatory reactions of human body and raise clinical effects.
