基于BP神经网络的核电站温度传感器检测装置的设计开发研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据核电站使用电阻温度传感器(RTD)时面临的需求,开发设计一套温度传感器在线检测装置。该装置利用回路电流阶跃方法,实现RTD响应时间在线测试。使用快速傅里叶变换和陷波滤波器解决采集信号中噪声干扰问题,通过BP神经网络实现快速准确求解动态曲线的响应时间。建立了RTD的健康评估流程,创造性的给出使用历史数据库为核电站中关键位置的RTD建立响应时间特征库的建议,对RTD的寿命进行预测分析,实时检测RTD的健康状态,为设备的可靠性维修提供数据支撑。通过计算RTD的响应时间,预测RTD达到热稳态所需的时间。该检测装置为核电站提供对温度传感器进行定期试验的条件,保证运行过程的正常进行。 According to requirements faced by nuclear power plants when using RTD temperature sensors,a set of new test equipment for the temperature sensor in the nuclear power plant was developed.An in-situ test method called LCSR-Loop Current Step Response test is used to get the response time of RTD(Resistance Temperature Detector).The fast Fourier transform(FFT)algorithm and the notch filter are used to reduce the noise in the signal.The BP neural network is used to solve the dynamic curve to get the response time.The health assessment process of the resistance temperature sensor was established.The proposal of using the historical database to establish a response time signature database for the RTD at key locations in the nuclear power plant is given creatively.The life of the RTD was predicted and analyzed,and the health status of the RTD was mastered to provide data support for the reliability maintenance of the equipment.By calculating the response time of the RTD,the time required for the RTD to reach thermal homeostasis is predicted.The detection device provides a condition for the nuclear power plant to periodically test the temperature sensor to ensure the normal operation of the operation process.
