摘要
1919年"公立包豪斯学校"在德国建立,其设计思潮,设计作品对世界产生了颠覆性的影响。[1]其中就平面设计领域而言,包豪斯主张跳脱出传统的装饰主义,倡导设计形式服从功能的设计理念,这一理念对后世产生了深远的影响,并促使设计师探索与反思平面设计的多种可能性。时至今日,平面设计已从传统二维设计领域逐渐转变为视觉传达设计,除了称谓的改变,其中的隐形脉络是平面设计被应用不同领域的学科,演变为结合多种领域的综合学科。值此包豪斯诞生百年之际。本文从探索著名平面设计师赫伯特·拜耶在包豪斯执教期间的设计理念出发,结合澳大利亚著名视觉传达设计师格力·艾米的设计作品,管中窥豹,探寻平面设计与视觉传达设计中的相似性与差异性,从而为日后其它的设计活动提供一定的参考。
In 1919, the "Public Bauhaus School" was established in Germany, which have a subversive impact on the world.[1]For the field of graphic design, Bauhaus advocates jumping out of traditional decorativeism and advocating the design concept of design form obeying function. This concept has a profound impact on later generations and encourage designers to explore and reflect on the possibilities of graphic design. Today, graphic design has gradually changed from the traditional two-dimensional design field to the visual communication design. In addition to the change of discipline title, the invisible context is that the graphic design is applied in different fields and evolves into a comprehensive subject combining various fields. On the occasion of the birth of Bauhaus in the centuries. This article explores the design concept of the famous graphic designer Herbert Bayer during the teaching of Bauhaus, combined with the design work of the famous Australian visual communication designer Garry Emery, to explore the similarity and difference between graphic design and visual communication design., which will provide some inspirations for other design activities in the future.
