摘要
“环境致突变作用”或“遗传毒理学’是近代飞速发展的一个新领域,特别是自本世纪六十年代以来,大量的诱变剂被发现以后,人们对环境中各种诱变剂可能对人体产生的遗传危害,极为关注。 本文将这一学科的发展过程按早期阶段(1866—1949)、新的高度(1951—1968)和环境诱变剂学会的创立(1968—1973)三个部份作简要的介绍,以供参考。
Environmental mutagenesis, or gerotoxicology, is a relative new research field developing rapidly in recent times. Since the 1960's, a great deal of mutag-ens have been found in our enirorment and their potential genetic hazardous effects have been, of concern to the research in this field.In this paper, the development of the field is reviewed in parts: Early years(1866-1949); New stage( 1951-1968);
The foundation of the Environmental Mutagen Society (1968-1973). Important evants ard figures are introduced brievely in chrorollogical order.
